Returns & Exchanges

At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the fleece products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
